Drink this thrice a week and notice a glow in your skin.

#2. COCONUT WATER

Coconut water gives an instant glow. It is natural and healthy. It works as a skin savior. 

If I talk with experience, it is super effective when it comes to reducing dark spots. I’ve personally used it to get rid of my chickenpox marks. 

Although you don’t need anything to accompany coconut water, you can definitely add it to your smoothies to give it a punch of taste. 

#3. GREEN TEA

After a long tiring day, do some favor to your skin. 

Pour yourself a warm cup of green tea, relax, and let your skin rejuvenate. 

Green tea contains EGCG that helps DNA fight and repair mechanisms damaged because of sun exposure. 

Also, it is no more a secret that green tea has anti-aging benefits. 

Hence, although green tea can’t stop aging, it can undoubtedly help you age beautifully. 

#4. CARROT & BEETROOT JUICE

I guarantee you will forget all about blusher once you get a natural blush after drinking this. 

Peel, wash, and chop 1 beetroot, 1 orange, 2 carrots, and 2 apples. Put everything through the juicer.

You can drink it as it is or you can strain and add some lemon juice to it.

  • Dairy – It can cause acne. Switch to plan-based milk from cow’s milk for glowing skin.
